Ideal Client

My agency is not for every business nor every individual. Over the last 12+ years, I have seen and experienced many CEOs and agency owners that want every and any client. This is also where I have been part of them having to downsize because of the loss of clients (yes, plural) in a short period of time. This is where I learned that not every client is for every agency. As tempting as this may be to serve every type of client, the reality is that it is better to have work and grow with an exclusive set of clients that mutually benefit from that agency’s strength. This is similar to how it is healthy to have an exclusive set of close friends that mutually fit our value system.  

Taking what I have learned from the concepts above, I observed that there is a need from small businesses for a different type of care that larger marketing agencies usually are unable to provide. On my About page, this is where I shared that I am focusing my mission statement to work with a specific type of small business and its individuals.

The type of small business that I already work with and would like to continue with already has a mission to improve a person’s Physical Fitness and Mental Wellness in their own way. My reason is inspired by the benefits that I continue to gain and would like to share with like-minded individuals as the years move forward. 1 of those benefits have been the opportunity to develop that “Mamba Mentality” mindset that I train with at the gym, made famous by Kobe Bryant. This is a mindset that I have also learned to apply when balancing my business and nurturing my clients.
