My name is Reneir Cruise and on June 1, 2012, my career in Digital Marketing began. Technically this career ironically found me when I answered an online ad as I was looking for the next phase after being in IT sales. This was also the day I started my Digital Marketing agency, MAGNA APEX, as a part-time side business. Part-time because I was still a rookie at the time and had much to learn. Thus I did learn from being employed on a full-time basis with about 7 different marketing agencies and 3 different in-house companies over the next 12 years. This would lead me on a path to work on SEO and PPC Marketing campaigns for enterprise companies including yet not limited to Toyota, Shutterstock, Hyatt, J.D. Power.

On June 1, 2024, I was at another crossroads and yet very reflective of all of the experiences that I had up to that point. It was then after exactly 12 years to the day from when I started MAGNA APEX, I decided to level up and expand it into a full-time business. 

To get to know me a little more on a personal level, I have many interests including the NBA, NFL, and WWE. Those interests are what sparked my Physical Fitness journey on September 17, 2001 because I have seen and been inspired by some of the physical and mental journeys that those athletes have been through. Some of my top athletes are Michael Jordan (as with most people), Kobe Bryant, and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. 

The reason I shared those specific interests above is to connect it with the clients that MAGNA APEX currently works with and future clients that I would like to work with. They are small businesses that focus on improving the Physical Fitness and Mental Wellness of individuals and companies with their own products or services. 

A real-time example is Jonas Blade & Metalworks, who has been a client of mine for the last 5 years. He is a master bladesmith who forges chef and lifestyle knives by hand. His business affects hundreds of chefs by commissioning them with a high end knife that makes their ability to cook a lot easier. With the lifestyle knives, several family stories can be designed into the knife itself and passed down as heirlooms. Learn more about how he and I have collaborated on my Clients page.

The second reason that I am focusing on and also enjoying working with an exclusive set of small business clients is because I learned that there continues to be a supply and demand that a specialty marketing agency like mine is more of a fit for compared to a larger marketing agency. This is why MAGNA APEX is deemed as The “Fitness & Wellness” Small Business Digital Marketing Agency.
